What does the Standard ticket include?

A Standard ticket price includes three hours of unlimited festive fun including all of our activities:
Magical Experience: Immerse yourself in everything Christmas under The Grand Big Top. The event is filled with beautiful decorations, lights, trees and so much more.
 
Care Bears: The Care Bears are coming to Melbourne's Christmas Wonderland! Walk through the new Care Bears Wish Land - packed with inflatables, a huge decorated Christmas Tree and Care Bears characters ready for a meet and greet.
 
Live Show: Each session includes a live show featuring Care Bears, international circus acts, Santa and Mrs Claus.
 
Roller Skating: Swap your shoes for skates and have some rollin’ fun on our roller-skating rink.
 
Mrs Claus' Storytelling Village: Join Mrs Claus and celebrate Christmas with some of your favourite carols & stories
 
Photo Opportunities: Snap a selfie in one of the many magical selfie photo area's under The Grand Big Top! 
 
Rudolph's Barnyard: Say hello and take a selfie with the animatronic reindeer in Rudolph’s Barnyard and don’t forget to take home your bag of magical reindeer food to leave out on Christmas Eve.
 
North Pole Post Office: Write and send off your letter to Santa at the North Pole Post Office. Not sure what to write? Our special letter-writing elves will be there to lend a helping hand.  
 
Jumping Castles: Get ready to jump into the Christmas spirit on our three Christmas and candy themed jumping castles!
 
Christmas Carnival Games: All the fun of the fair with full themed Christmas Fun Fair every child wins a prize. (Note - extra fee applies).
 
Children’s Rides: Spin your way through the Teacup Ride, ride the horses on a small Carousel and travel around on the Mini Train!
 
Roving Characters: Meet Rudolph and more! They're all frantically preparing for the busiest time of the year, but never too busy to say hello and stop for a selfie with you.
 
The Factory: Ignite your creative spark at The Factory where you can create your own foam gingerbread house decoration.
 
Christmas Craft Village: Unleash your creativity at our Christmas Craft Village where you can decorate your own Christmas stocking and plaster Christmas tree ornament.

What's included with a VIP ticket?

Our VIP tickets are super special! 🎟️✨ They include everything from the Standard ticket plus some magical extras: priority access to any event (day or night), a VIP lanyard, VIP seating at the Christmas Show, front-of-line priority at each Event Zone (including Santa Photos, which are an extra cost), a complimentary VIP Gift Bag from the Merchandise Shop, and a food voucher for a yummy meal (hot dog/hot chips & drink, or chicken nuggets/hot chips & drink). Remember, everyone in your group needs a VIP ticket to enjoy these perks! 🎄

What does the Family ticket include?

A Family ticket provides general admission for four. At least one member of the group must be over 18 years.

Do adults and kids both need tickets?

Yes, ticket prices are the same for adults and kids. Children under 3 can enter free of charge.

All family members wanting to enjoy VIP ticket benefits must hold a VIP ticket.

What is NOT included in all ticket prices?

Accepted Answer

Food, drink, merchandise and carnival games are NOT included in the ticket price. 
Santa and The Grinch photos are an additional cost.

Question 8

Are photos with Santa included in the ticket price?

Accepted Answer

All guests can visit Santa for free (children will receive a free gift).
Photos with Santa can be purchased on-site for an additional cost.
There is no pre-booking for photos, just line-up to see Santa during your session.

Do you accept Companion Cards? If so, how do we book?

If you love everything about Christmas, you will love Melbourne's Christmas Wonderland!  The activities are best suited for children 10 and under.
