There are three types of tickets: Standard, VIP and Family.

A Standard ticket price includes two hours of unlimited festive fun including all of our activities: Interactive Walkthrough: See, hear, touch and smell all the magic of Christmas in this interactive walk-through under the big top tent. Snow Land: Experience Snow Land and climb penguin mountain then zip down the snowslide into the biggest ball pit of all with 20,000 balls. Then jump on our jumpy castles across all the land. See Santa: No trip to the Christmas Wonderland is complete without a visit to the big man himself. Santa photos incur an additional charge. Visit Mrs Claus’ Bakery: Decorate your very own delicious treat and then savor your creation or gobble it down at Mrs Claus' Bakery. Elf’s Workshop: The cheeky elves are busy preparing for Christmas to arrive, but not too busy to spend some time with you creating some special take home craft. Mrs Claus Storytelling Corner: Join Mrs Claus and celebrate the festive season with some of your favourite Christmas carols and stories. It's sure to put everyone in the Christmas spirit! Rudolph’s Barnyard: Say hello and take a selfie with the animatronic reindeer in Rudolph’s Barnyard and don’t forget to take home your bag of magical reindeer food to leave out on Christmas Eve. North Pole Post Office: Write out and send off your letter to Santa, not sure what to write, our special letter writing elves will be there to lend a helping hand. The Grinch: Enjoy the music and fun of ‘The Grinch’ and meet the maven of mischief himself for a photo opportunity. Roaming Christmas Friends: Meet Christmas elves, reindeer herders, snowmen, the snow queen, Christmas singers all frantically preparing for the busiest time of year, but never too busy to say hello and stop for a selfie with you. Santa Land: It’s the busies time of the year – take a sneak a peek into Santa Land through his loungeroom window and see just what Santa is up to as the big day draws nearer. Christmas Skate: Roll up roll up and swap your shoes for skates – have some rollicking fun on our roller-skating rink. Creation Station: This free play block construction zone will have the creativity flowing with your creations limited only by your imagination.

There is a limited amount of VIP tickets per session, so be quick! They include all of the Standard ticket inclusions plus: Your very own VIP Lanyard. Priority access to the start of your session. VIP entry (front of line access) to visit Santa* and all other activations at the event. VIP seating at the Christmas show. Food Voucher (to redeem) for either Chicken Nugget + Chips OR Hot Dog + Chips OR the healthier option of a delicious salad, either option comes with the choice of a small drink. Complimentary gift from the Toy Shop. All members of a group or family must have VIP tickets to enjoy VIP benefits. An adult accompanying a child with a VIP ticket must also have a VIP ticket. * Santa photo is an additional cost.

A Family ticket provides general admission for four. At least one member of the group must be over 18 years.

Yes, ticket prices are the same for adults and kids. Children under 3 can enter free of charge. All family members wanting to enjoy VIP ticket benefits must hold a VIP ticket.

Food, drink, merchandise and carnival games are NOT included in the ticket price. Santa photos are an additional cost.

All guests can visit Santa for free (children will receive a free gift). Photos with Santa can be purchased on-site for an additional cost. There is no pre-booking for photos, just line-up to see Santa during your session.

If you love everything about Christmas, you will love Melbourne's Christmas Wonderland! The activities are best suited for children 10 and under.

Santa photos are taken in your session, no booking is required. Visitors will receive a free gift even if they don't buy a photo. Photos will be available to purchase at an additional cost.

Limited tickets will be sold on location but don’t wait until the last minute! We expect most sessions to sell out in advance so suggest you purchase your tickets before you arrive on the day!

Yes. Ticketmaster is our official ticketing partner and ALL genuine and authentic online ticket sales to the event are through Ticketmaster. Tickets being promoted for sales through other third party ticket resellers are tickets that may not be valid if purchased.

Ticketmaster is our official ticketing partner and the only site for online ticket sales. We have had reports of ticket reselling sites Tixel, Hey Alex and Entradaria promoting ticket sales to the event. DO NOT purchase from ticket reselling sites as they are not verified nor can these tickets be guaranteed as legitimate.

Yes! There are plenty of delicious food and drink options available on site to satisfy those cravings, from an aromatic cup of freshly brewed coffee to steaming hot chips and fresh donuts. From light snacks to food offerings that are a little heartier.

Due to safety reasons, in case of an evacuation, we have a designated pram parking area to park your prams. Newborns are an exception and allowed to be in prams.

Yes. The event takes place on a single level with the aisle being a minimum width of 2.4m. There is also accessibility parking on site at the event.

The event does include a reasonable level of noise, lights and live entertainment with music and crowds. Generally, week day sessions are less crowded so may be more suitable.

Yes- there are clean toilets and parenting rooms available on site, including accessibility toilets.

Our Rudolph's Birthday sessions include the following additional elements: The one-and-only Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer will be in attendance to meet children Visitors can enjoy a slice of Rudolph's birthday cake Children will receive a cupcake and lollie bag upon arrival Everyone can join in the festivities and sing Happy Birthday to Rudolph

Unfortunately no. Each session lasts for 2 hours and you can enter at any time during the 2 hour time frame. At the end of the session, doors close allowing us to prepare for the next session.

MCW is an alcohol and smoke free event.

There are no clowns or live animals involved in the event.

There is no age limit to roller skate as long as there are skates that fit. Please note that all patrons skate at their own risk and MCW is not liable if you injure yourself, unless the injury is caused by faulty equipment.

We only collect data from Ticketmaster if the card holder purchasing the ticket/s has ticked the box and approved to be contacted at another time. We do not collect or sell data. All data collected is kept secure with Ticketmaster.
