What's included with a VIP ticket?

Our VIP tickets are super special! 🎟️✨ They include everything from the Standard ticket plus some magical extras: priority access to any event (day or night), a VIP lanyard, VIP seating at the Christmas Show, front-of-line priority at each Event Zone (including Santa Photos, which are an extra cost), a complimentary VIP Gift Bag from the Merchandise Shop, and a food voucher for a yummy meal (hot dog/hot chips & drink, or chicken nuggets/hot chips & drink). Remember, everyone in your group needs a VIP ticket to enjoy these perks! 🎄VIP gifts: 
Adults will receive 1 x Insulated large cup with straw. Valued at $30 each.Kids will receive 1 x Special MCW logo bag with reindeer headband, xmas bear slap band, plush toy, plaster with paint, stationary set & poster craft set.

What does the Family ticket include?

A Family ticket provides general admission for four. At least one member of the group must be over 18 years.

Do adults and kids both need tickets?

Yes, ticket prices are the same for adults and kids. Children under 2 can enter free of charge.

All family members wanting to enjoy VIP ticket benefits must hold a VIP ticket.

What is NOT included in all ticket prices?

Food, drink, merchandise and carnival games are NOT included in the ticket price. Santa and The Grinch photos are an additional cost.

Are photos with Santa included in the ticket price?

All guests can visit Santa for free (children will receive a free gift).Photos with Santa can be purchased on-site for an additional cost.There is no pre-booking for photos, just line-up to see Santa during your session.Free gift from Santa includes: A backpack filled with Xmas themed colour-in puzzle with textas, pencil case and a Santa colour-in mask.

If you love everything about Christmas, you will love Melbourne's Christmas Wonderland!  The activities are best suited for children 10 and under.
