There are three types of tickets: Standard, VIP and Family.

A Standard ticket price includes three hours of unlimited festive fun including all of our activities: A Magical Welcome: Your magical journey begins when the giant gates swing open. A toy soldier guard of honour will greet you as Santa welcomes you to Melbourne’s Christmas Wonderland. Attracting children 10 and under with their families. Snow Land: Snow Land is a giant inflatable ball pit! Climb through the inflatable and zip down the slides into over 100,000 balls. So much fun to be had in this snowy wonderland. Santa Photos: No trip to the Christmas Wonderland is complete without a photo with the big man himself. (Note - extra fee applies) Make sure to grab your free gift on your way out! Elf's Workshop: The cheeky Elves are busy preparing for Christmas to arrive, but not too busy to spend some time with you creating some special take home craft. Mrs Claus' Bakery: Decorate your very own delicious sweet treat and then enjoy your creation as you gobble it down at Mrs Claus' Bakery. Rudolph's Barnyard: Say hello and take a selfie with the animatronic reindeer in Rudolph’s Barnyard and don’t forget to take home your bag of magical reindeer food to leave out on Christmas Eve. Christmas Craft Village: Unleash your creativity at our Christmas Craft Village where you can decorate your own reindeer antlers and Christmas ornament. Roving Characters: Meet Rudolph and Frosty the Snowman. They're all frantically preparing for the busiest time of the year, but never too busy to say hello and stop for a selfie with you. North Pole Post Office: Write and send off your letter to Santa at the North Pole Post Office. Not sure what to write? Our special letter-writing elves will be there to lend a helping hand. Santa Land: It’s the busiest time of the year – take a sneak a peek into Santa Land through Santa's loungeroom window and see just what the man in the red suit is up to as the big day draws near. Roller Skating: Swap your shoes for skates and have some rollin’ fun on our roller-skating rink. Meet The Grinch: Meet the maven of mischief himself for a photo opportunity. Jumping Castles: Get ready to jump into the Christmas spirit on our two Christmas and candy themed jumping castles! Children’s Rides: Slide your way down the Elf's Super Slide and spin your way through the Teacup Ride! The Bertocchi Christmas Circus Show: Enjoy a sit down 30 min Christmas Circus Show. There is a limited amount of VIP tickets per session, so be quick! They include all of the Standard ticket inclusions plus: Priority access to either a day event or evening event - 3 hours in length VIP Lanyard VIP seating at the Christmas Show Front of line priority at each Event Zone including Santa Photos (Santa Photos are an additional cost) Complimentary VIP Gift Bag from the Merchandise Shop Food voucher - including either: hot dog/hot chips & drink, or chicken nuggets/hot chips & drink All members of a group or family must have VIP tickets to enjoy VIP benefits. An adult accompanying a child with a VIP ticket must also have a VIP ticket.

A Family ticket provides general admission for four. At least one member of the group must be over 18 years.

Yes, ticket prices are the same for adults and kids. Children under 3 can enter free of charge. All family members wanting to enjoy VIP ticket benefits must hold a VIP ticket.

Food, drink, merchandise and carnival games are NOT included in the ticket price. Santa and The Grinch photos are an additional cost.

All guests can visit Santa for free (children will receive a free gift). Photos with Santa can be purchased on-site for an additional cost. There is no pre-booking for photos, just line-up to see Santa during your session.

If you love everything about Christmas, you will love Melbourne's Christmas Wonderland! The activities are best suited for children 10 and under.

Santa photos are taken in your session, no booking is required. Visitors will receive a free gift even if they don't buy a photo. Photos will be available to purchase at an additional cost.

Limited tickets will be sold on location but don’t wait until the last minute! We expect most sessions to sell out in advance so suggest you purchase your tickets before you arrive on the day!

Yes. Ticketmaster is our official ticketing partner and ALL genuine and authentic online ticket sales to the event are through Ticketmaster. Tickets being promoted for sales through other third party ticket resellers are tickets that may not be valid if purchased.

Ticketmaster is our official ticketing partner and the only site for online ticket sales. We have had reports of ticket reselling sites Tixel, Hey Alex and Entradaria promoting ticket sales to the event. DO NOT purchase from ticket reselling sites as they are not verified nor can these tickets be guaranteed as legitimate.

Yes! There are plenty of delicious food and drink options available on site to satisfy those cravings, from an aromatic cup of freshly brewed coffee to steaming hot chips and fresh donuts. From light snacks to food offerings that are a little heartier.

Due to safety reasons, in case of an evacuation, we have a designated pram parking area to park your prams during the circus show.

Yes. The event takes place on a single level with the aisle being a minimum width of 2.4m. There is also accessibility parking on site at the event.

The event does include a reasonable level of noise, lights and live entertainment with music and crowds. Generally, week day sessions are less crowded so may be more suitable.

Yes- there are clean toilets and parenting rooms available on site, including accessibility toilets.

Unfortunately no. Each session lasts for 3 hours and you can enter at any time during the 3 hour time frame. At the end of the session, doors close allowing us to prepare for the next session.

MCW is an alcohol and smoke free event.

There are no clowns or live animals involved in the event.

There is no age limit to roller skate as long as there are skates that fit. Please note that all patrons skate at their own risk and MCW is not liable if you injure yourself, unless the injury is caused by faulty equipment.

We only collect data from Ticketmaster if the card holder purchasing the ticket/s has ticked the box and approved to be contacted at another time. We do not collect or sell data. All data collected is kept secure with Ticketmaster.

Parking is available onsite for $6 per day or night. Entry via Gate B, go under the tunnel and advise security that you are here for Melbourne's Christmas Wonderland.
