Do both adults and kids need tickets?
Yes, ticket prices are the same for adults and kids. Children under 3 can enter free of charge.
All family members wanting to enjoy VIP ticket benefits must hold a VIP ticket.

What is not included in all ticket prices?
Food, drink, merchandise and carnival games are NOT included in the ticket price. Santa and The Grinch photos are an additional cost.

Do you accept companion cards?
Yes we do. Please book via the MCW phone line on 0400 881 007 to arrange tickets.

Are tickets available for sale on location on the day at the event?
Limited tickets will be sold on location but don’t wait until the last minute! We expect most sessions to sell out in advance so suggest you purchase your tickets before you arrive on the day!
